La crise sanitaire a engendr\u00e9 la multiplication des masques, gants et autres gadgets pour se \u00ab prot\u00e9ger \u00bb du virus, des conditionnements alimentaires uniques en remplacement du vrac, des protections plexiglass un peu partout \u2026 et nous a fait compl\u00e8tement perdre de vue qu\u2019un environnement sain est \u00e0 la base d\u2019une bonne sant\u00e9.
\nLes d\u00e9fis sont immenses, mais beaucoup de solutions existent d\u00e9j\u00e0, et nous ne doutons pas du pouvoir cr\u00e9atif de l\u2019homme. Il suffit d\u2019une volont\u00e9 politique pour que sauvegarde de l\u2019environnement ne soit pas en contradiction avec rentabilit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique.<\/p>\n
